The Aeronautics tympanum is a limestone relief sculpture by James Earle Fraser on the Commerce Department Building in Washington, D.C. It is the third pediment from the left on the building's facade and highlights themes of aviation. The work was created in collaboration with the architectural firm York & Sawyer and is located in the Federal Triangle area near the Federal Triangle Metro station.
