The Columbia tympanum is a limestone relief on the Labor Department Building in Washington, D.C., created by architect Arthur Brown and sculptor Edgar Walter. The building now houses the Environmental Protection Agency and is located on Constitution Avenue between 12th and 14th Streets NW. The artwork features allegorical and historical themes related to the United States, including imagery of George Washington. It is part of the Federal Triangle's collection of New Deal-era public art and is documented in the Smithsonian Art Inventories Catalog.
