The "Evil One (23)" is a limestone gargoyle sculpture at the Washington National Cathedral in Washington, D.C., created by Constantine Seferlis and Rosemary Lee. It is located on the south transept, east side, east grand pinnacle, north gargoyle position near Massachusetts and Wisconsin Avenues NW. This gargoyle is part of the Cathedral's collection of 112 unique gargoyles and grotesques, blending Gothic tradition with modern artistry.
