The Harpy (95) is a limestone gargoyle sculpted by Malcolm Harlow on the Washington National Cathedral's northwest tower in Washington, D.C. It is part of an extensive collection of gargoyles and grotesques that decorate the cathedral's Gothic Revival architecture. Positioned on the east face near the Pilgrim Observation Gallery, the Harpy contributes both artistic and symbolic elements to the cathedral's exterior. The site is accessible near Massachusetts and Wisconsin Avenues NW, close to the Woodley Park-Zoo/Adams Morgan Metro station.
