The Upside-down Gargoyle (106) is a limestone sculpture located on the northwest tower of the Washington National Cathedral in Washington, D.C. Designed by Tylden Streett and carved by John Guarente, it is part of the cathedral's extensive collection of gargoyles and grotesques. Positioned on the second floor, level E, facing north, this gargoyle adds a unique artistic touch to the Gothic architecture. The cathedral is located near Massachusetts and Wisconsin Avenues NW, close to the Woodley Park-Zoo/Adams Morgan Metro station.
